A group of young leaders aged 14-25, living in Greater Manchester, shaping the future of Royal Exchange Theatre.

We want RET to be a welcoming, exciting space for all young people in Greater Manchester. Young people might connect with RET in a variety of ways; through our programmes like Young Company, as audience members to shows, and visitors to the Hall or Café. We would like to bring more young people to RET for the first time as well as ensuring young people keep coming back. We want young people to be at the forefront of this work. Our new Advisory Group contributes to these aims through regular meetings exploring different areas of the organisation such as marketing, accessibility and our engagement work.
